How the monthly subscription works

A monthly subscription delivers one bottle of U 2.0 (90 capsules, a 30-day supply) of the formula you choose, every month, until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

Price

The subscription price is €27.00 per bottle for every delivery, including the first. Delivery is free. The price is shown in euros, and UK customers see the equivalent in pounds at checkout. The price you see before you subscribe is the price you pay on every delivery. If we ever need to change it, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Customers who subscribed before 26 October 2026 stay on their original price of €20.00 per bottle for as long as their subscription stays active. If a subscription is cancelled, a new subscription is charged at the current price.

Billing

You are charged when you subscribe and then on the same day each month, using the payment method you saved at checkout. If a payment fails we will email you and try again. If it still fails we may pause your subscription until you update your payment details.

Renewal reminders

We email you before each delivery is charged and sent, with the date and a link to manage it, so you can skip, change or cancel it in time.

How to skip, pause or cancel

You can skip, pause or cancel at any time. Use the “Manage subscription” link in any of your subscription emails, or email us at sales@thehumanix.com and we will do it for you within one working day. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Cancelling stops all future deliveries and charges; you keep anything already delivered.

Your cancellation rights

You have a 14-day legal right to cancel your first order and a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you were charged for a delivery you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. See our refund policy for full details.
